What began as Brazil’s first crypto payment gateway in 2015 has grown into a global financial infrastructure company.

2015

The genesis of

crypto in Brazil

We were born as Bit. One and launched the first crypto payment

gateway in Brazil.

2016

Pioneering recognized

Winner of Bradesco's INOVABRA award, featured at the SeedStars World Summit, and invited to advise the Central Bank on crypto.

2017

Heading to the Crypto

Our headquarters moved to Zug after merging with Transfero Swiss, securing the regulatory foundation for global expansion.

2018

Crypto authority in Brazil

We solidified our position as a market reference with the launch of PanoramaCrypto, alongside the beginning of OTC desk operations and the Prime service.

2019

1:1. Always.

We created BRZ, the largest stablecoin pegged to the Brazilian real, now one of the most traded non-USD-backed assets.

2020

Solving real problems

The foundation for what would become BaaSiC was put in place, while BRZ gained visibility at the CV Summit during the World Economic Forum.

2021

Investing in the future

With the launch of the Transfero Academy, we began training talent for the crypto market. We also created Transfero Asset, our asset management division.

2022

Back to our roots

Crypto Checkout launched, enabling customers to pay in crypto while merchants receive in Brazilian reais.

2023

Crypto, TradFi and vice-versa

License granted by the Central Bank as a Payment Institution, and participation as Web Summit sponsors strengthened our global presence.

2024

DeFi, RWAs, markets and apartments

With the acquisition of Fuse Capital, we accelerated our DeFi and tokenization initiatives, and expanded Checkout to Zona Sul supermarkets and Calper real estate.

2025

Partnerships with global players

We connected our infrastructure to the Circle Payments Network, tZERO (Tether), and Fireblocks Network for Payments, expanding our financial ecosystem.
